Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Create your company and the 14-day trial starts right away. We ask for a card only if you decide to subscribe, and you enter it on Stripe's hosted checkout.
What happens when the 14 days end?
If you have not subscribed, your Customer Portal, booking link and operational features pause. Your account, billing and support stay available, and you can subscribe at any time to turn everything back on.
We already have a website or booking software. Do we still need this?
Your website keeps working: add a Request Service button that points to your Talynora link. If your current system already handles requests, customers and technician scheduling well, there may be no reason to switch. A demo can help you decide. Automatic migration from other booking products is not included.
Will Talynora bring me new customers?
No. Talynora organizes the requests you already get and helps you schedule them. Your company still earns customers through your website, listings, referrals and advertising. We do not promise new leads or more revenue.
Does a customer request book an appointment?
No. The customer sends their details and a preferred time. Your team reviews the request, contacts the customer and confirms the visit.
Will customers get texts from Talynora?
No. Talynora sends email receipts. Your company calls and texts customers from its own number.
What is the difference between Get Demo and Book Demo?
Get Demo opens the self-guided video and setup guide right now. Book Demo sends a request to the Talynora team, and we email you to agree on a time. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment.
Who do I contact if I get stuck?
Call (571) 740-1266 or email support@talynora.com. Signed-in users can also send a support request from Settings.
