05 · Receive
Customers request service without signing in.
They enter their name, phone, email, service address, issue and preferred time. The request appears in Service requests. Talynora sends an email receipt to the customer and an email notification to the company owner. Check Spam if an email is missing.
06 · Confirm
Contact the customer and agree the visit.
Review the request, contact the customer using your company's own number or email, then schedule and review the technician, date and time in Calendar. Use Auto Schedule or add an appointment manually, checking availability first.
A service request is not a confirmed appointment. Your team is responsible for agreeing the visit and communicating any changes.
