Your first service day in Talynora
Use this guide to set up your HVAC company and take your first service request.
1. Create your company and activate Starter
Create a company account with your own sign-in email. Review your company settings and activate Starter through the Billing controls. Enter your card only on Stripe's hosted checkout.
The trial is 14 days for eligible new accounts, then $99/month automatically unless canceled. Creating an account alone does not activate booking. After checkout, return to Talynora and refresh your subscription status.
2. Set up technician availability
Open Technicians, add your team members, and set their working days, start/end times and availability. Check the business timezone in Settings before scheduling work.
If scheduling cannot find a slot, check technician availability, working hours and existing appointments.
3. Add a customer and service request
Open Customers to save contact and service-address details. Then create a Service request with the issue, service type, priority and preferred time window.
For a practice run, use clearly labeled test details. Use your own contact information if you intend to send a test notification.
4. Schedule and review the appointment
Use Auto Schedule on an open request, or add an appointment manually. Review the technician, date and time in Calendar before confirming the visit with the customer. A submitted request alone is not a confirmed appointment.
5. Share your Customer Portal
Open Customer Portal in your company workspace and copy your company's portal link. Use that exact link on your website or share it with customers. Test it in a private browser window before publishing it.
Customers can submit service details and a preferred time. Your team reviews the request and manages the appointment. Starter does not include AI phone answering or customer SMS.
6. Get help and manage your subscription
In Settings, submit a support request and choose View my requests to read the latest Talynora response. This support history is available even when your subscription is inactive. Do not include passwords, API keys or full card details.
Use the Billing controls to review your subscription and manage payment information. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. Cancellation immediately locks booking, Customer Portal and operational features; account, billing and support remain available.
